Brynsiriol residential care and nursing home
About Us
The home offers 24 hour care for up to 20 residents and has been owned and managed by Pauline and Pat for the last 28 years.

Our ethos is to provide quality care in a warm enriched environment. We embrace a holistic approach; this being the most beneficial way to achieve an individual's well-being.

All staff (which includes housekeeping, catering, care, management and owners) have participated in extensive training on Person Centered Dementia Care. Care workers are all NVQ level and undergo many other training courses.

Brynsiriol was thrilled to receive a "Gold Level Award" from Tony Clements - Director of Social Services for our engagement in a person centred approach that met the Neath Port Talbot Residential Dementia Service Standard.

This standard of good practice was achieved in addition to the Welsh Assembly CCSIW Inspections and Neath Port Talbot Internal Monitoring.

As our on going Person Centred training development, care staff will attend David Sheards "Emotional Journey" course which is affiliated to the University of Surrey.
